“Open Wide Your Hand to the Poor and Needy…” Deuteronomy 15:11

The mission of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League is to assist each woman of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.

Vision Statement

The LWML is the leading group for LCMS women where each woman is welcomed and encouraged to use her unique God-given gifts as she supports global missions and serves the Lord with gladness.

LWM meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month from September to May. We meet at 9:00 a.m. in the LICL Fellowship Hall.  Please watch the upcoming bulletins and newsletters for all the inspiring women’s ministry events.

Ladies, you are invited to join wonderful Christ centered women at our first meeting of the year, on Saturday, September 8th at 9:00 am, in the Fellowship Hall. Please join us for a “Breakfast Burrito Bar” hosted by the LWML Board. Pastor Spicer will lead our devotion/program, based on this year’s theme “Open Wide Your Hand to the Poor and Needy…”, Deuteronomy 15:11. This will be your opportunity to learn about upcoming LWML events, and sign-up for volunteer opportunities. If you would like to participate in the Secret “Mug” Sister Program you must attend the first meeting to turn in your mug, information form and choose your secret sister. You will find forms (packets) and more detailed information on the LWML table, in the Fellowship Hall. Hope to see you on the 8th!
